2007 - The Milton Stanley, Jr. Foundation funded a deer hunting trip for the Boys and Girls Harbor.

Letter from Jimmy Acuna, Boys and Girls Harbor:

We departed the Boys and Girls Harbor at 10 AM for the hunting trip. We arrived in Mason TX at 3:30 PM. We had dinner at 5:30 PM then the boys got their needed clothes for the hunt from the clothing room. We then had a course on gun safety and handling. We then got the assignments from the ranch that the boys were going to with their guides and I went with three of my boys to a ranch. The boys went out in the stands we had a good productive morning and all the boys got a deer. Then we returned to the stands for the evening hunt and again got to bring back some deer. In total we got 15 deer from the hunt. The boys had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience they had. We would like to thank The Milton Stanley Jr. Foundation for all you did to make it possible for the boys to go on the hunt.
